Create generic and customer specific electrical drawings.
In the designs consider local standards and regulations of the deployment site.
Derive the specifications for the designs from requirements you get from the project leaders.
Configure and program programmable devices like VFD, PLC, etc..
Distribute the electrical drawings as documentation to Operations and Service.
Coordinate with other business streams and Operations the selection and use of new electrical parts.
Design and validate (field) upgrades to existing equipment

Wat verwachten wij van jou? technische job Electrical Design Engineer

You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering
Affinity with PLC programming
Affinity with mechanical design
Knowledge of electrical regulations (international): CE, UL, CSA,… is a plus
Experience with E-Plan, 3DXperience, IFS is a plus
Knowledge of machine safety standards (Machine directive)
Knowledge of MS Office
Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent English language skills
Flexible and stress resistant
Team worker
Solution oriented, proactive, service oriented, customer oriented
