The Engineering Lead is an operational manager, leads the daily activities within Engineering of a polyvalent team consisting of professionals (engineers, designers, draughtsmen, ...).
Is responsible for the planning and allocation of project teams and for the detailed follow-up of the various project components.
Make plans for technical development in the short and long term and sets investment budgets.
Works for the production plant in Limburg and Czech Republic, but also makes a significant contribution to other Engineering projects in an international context.
Is part of the NLT team of the Plant in Limburg (Natural Leadership Team), he/she reports to the Director Engineering, working in the USA.
Lays in the Committee for safety and prevention in the plant of Limburg.
Is in close contact with the departments Production, Maintenance, Research & Development, Marketing and with (external) design and development professionals.

Minimum Master Electromechanics.
Good knowledge of technical automation systems.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Lead compliance with all aspects of Safety requirements.
Forward thinking leadership abilities including the ability to motivate, lead by example and encourage teamwork and effective communication.
Works result-oriented, achieves projects within agreed time and budget in an international work environment.
