For these projects, you are fully responsible for setting up the test solution and for providing deliverables to the customer. This with the required quality, within the budget and on time:

Setup the ASIC test solution with the test house.
Discussing the ASIC prototype-to-production volume ramp plan with the customer including characterization & qualification.
Organise volume production after the volume ramp phase.
Working with ATE machines (no programming), such as Teradyne Ultraflex, Advantest 93000, etc.
Working together with a Projectleader on technical matters. Budget and planning is done by the Project Manager.
Generate reports.
Propose cost improvement plans together with the customer and test house (such as yield improvement plans, multi-site test solutions and different packaging options).
Yield analysis of the volume production.
You are able to work remotely but also able to come onsite 2 to 3 days per week.

Wat verwachten wij van jou? technische job ASIC Project Leader

You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in electronics.
You have relevant experience in testing integrated circuits.
Relevant working experience with ATE machines in a production environment.
You act as a project engineer for integrated circuit (ASIC) test solutions as the technical support interface between our international customers, our assembly and test partners.
You take up responsibility for the full project management including planning, definition of test solution, characterization and qualification of our customer’s integrated circuits.
You have good soft/communication skills.
Good knowledge of common analog IPs and good knowledge of statistical analysis.
You are flexible to travel 1-2 times per month (frequently within Europe, rarely in US and Far East. From few days to a max of 2 weeks normally).
