For our partner, a global leading manufacturer of ingredients for bakery, patisserie and chocolate and located in Andenne, we are currently looking for a Construction Site Manager. As Construction Site Manager, you will take part in the extension project of the production plant to provide additional capacity. This position will be on the job site every day as you will fill a key role on the project team.

Your main tasks include;

You are the first point of contact for the Contractors, Project Manager and the production site for all the practical and organisational topics.
You take care of the safety management of the site by safety inspections, incident management, toolbox meetings, ... .
You follow-up the progress of the works of the different contractors on site and reports to the project manager on a weekly basis.
You coordinate the site access and supervise on compliance with site rules ons safety, hygiene and code of conduct.
You are responsible for the daily coordination of the activities and logistics on site.
You study the BIM (3D model), P&ID's and scope of the purchased lots in order to perform compliance monitoring during execution.
You support the project engineers by occasional project-related tasks.

Master Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills: English & French.
Proven leadership capabilities accompanied with great decision making abilities.
Able to work under pressure at times and to stringent deadlines.
Technical back ground or experience in food, liquid processing, electricity, construction, etc. is a plus.
