Internally you closely work together with the project managers.
You are the technical expert in the injection molding process.
You give technical advice to the client, projectteam and to the national and international production sites.
Coordinate build of injection mold tooling for automotive parts.
Responsible for tooling from quotation phase through build process.
Interpret and set up parameters for injection molding trials and production and mold flow to come to the desired quality and standards.
Assist with part/tool DFMEA / DFM.
Define injection settings and set up mold flow simulations including the interpretation of the results with Moldex 3D.

Wat verwachten wij van jou? technische job Engineer Injection Molding

Higher technical education, like bachelor or master elektromechanics (or equal by experience).
You have minimum five years of experience in injection molding.
Knowledge of the mold building process and moulddesign.
Experience in automotive is a plus.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Teamplayer.
Hands-on with a strong practical touch.
Willingness to travel to support launches and trails (+/- 20%).
