R&D Project Manager

In this challenging position you will be responsible for new product developments (R&D). Initiating new projects, planning, monitoring and follow-up are part of your extensive range of tasks.

As a pioneer you set the objectives associated with the project and you monitor the budget, timing, specifications and quality.

• Project management: Converting project requirements into concepts and solutions is your strength
• Contact/intermediate: as a good communicator you manage to build strong relations with and between all stakeholders. You connect all teams involved, managers and client. You are the glue of this project.
• Ambassador: With pride, you propagate the values of the company during the roll-out. You are the contact person for the project, both internally and towards customers.

• You have a Master degree in a technical field
• You have 5 years of experience as project manager, preferably with machine building
• You use your management experience to lead large, complex product development projects
• Thanks to your excellent people management skills you are able to achieve great results together with the team
• With your good communication skills (written and oral) you bring a clear message towards all stakeholders
  
• You are customer-minded, precise and a team worker
• You are flexible and practical
• You are good in organizing projects and workflow
• You have a very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of other languages are a plus
