We are looking for a Senior HVAC Engineer for our partner, a global biopharma company (Region: Wavre), who will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on HVAC Packages to support the design, execution, commissioning and qualification phases of CAPEX Projects.

Your main tasks include:

Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in HVAC packages, covering networks, installations, equipment, UDF/LAF, cold rooms, incubators, regulations, and BMS supervision.
Act as the main point of contact for all HVAC-related activities and installations, ensuring alignment with specifications and guidance.
Collaborate with the Engineering Office and Project Management to review design and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor construction and testing activities within the HVAC package scope, from inception to final acceptance, and ensure systems start-up.
Provide technical expertise, contractor management, and troubleshooting capabilities to support project execution.
Facilitate the smooth handover process to end users, ensuring seamless transition and satisfaction.
Review tender documents, perform detailed design studies, supervise works, and oversee provisional and final acceptances for HVAC packages and systems.

Engineering degree with 8 years HVAC-experience.
Languages: English - Fluent (oral and written) // French is a plus.
Highly effective communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a high complex matrix environment.
