For our partner, a global biopharma company (Region: Wavre), we are currently looking for a Senior Automation Engineer who will be part of the Global Automation Team and who will report directly to the Global Automation Senior Manager.

Your main tasks include:

You technically support projects regarding the implementation of PAT-platform and its integration with digital twin landscape. The PAT-platform in scope is Aspen Process Pulse which will have interfaces with PCS (Process Control Systems such as PCS7 & Delta V), OSI-PI and streaming platform (i.e. KAFKA).
Assess and study the PAT-platform connectivity with other systems.
Work together with IT & OT-team to identify the proper build of the infrastructure to assure proper management and maintenance of the application across its life cycle.
Work closely with the DATA-management team to assure the proper data flow is considered.
Review the design specification documents (SDS, FDS, HDS, NDS, etc.).

Wat verwachten wij van jou? technische job Sr. Automation Engineer

5-10 years hands-on experience with automation projects in the pharma industry.
Languages: English - Fluent (oral and written) // French is a plus.
Good knowledge of OT industrial Automation Systems, specifically with DCS ( PCS7 and/or Delta V).
Proved experience with PAT ( Process Analytical Technologies) platforms ( i.e. Process Pulse or SIPAT).
Highly effective communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a high complex matrix environment.
