Technical Coordinator

The project consists of an obsolescence revamping of syringes filling line. The project is complex and consists in automation and electrical revamping of filling machine and associated equipments, mechanical and automation revamping of HVAC groups, and installation of new glove testers. The Technical Coordinator will report directly to the Project Manager.

 Your Responsibilities:

• You support the project manager and engineering office to define the detailed design and implementation and help to generate the related documentation (Technical and GMP, including approbations).
•  Provide a consolidated technical view of the status of all actions performed by the engineering office and his contractors.
•  You communicate a clear vision to stakeholders, planning and prioritizing key objectives for the business.
• Together with the site you ensure necessary deployment prerequisites are met (local infrastructure readiness, OT Services readiness, qualification documents, eCC and MO …).
• You perform a close follow-up of the requests throughout their resolution process and between the different teams involved.
• You ensure a consolidated view of the deliverables against each request/action, along with the necessary timing and resource information.
• You appropriately challenge work planning information from the engineering office and you accommodate the requests from sites to the best possible extent.
• You help identify and generate creative solutions to enable the engineering office to meet the requirements of sites stakeholders.
• You track the performance and delivery of engineering office and contractors activities on a continuous basis by establishing direct communication and implementing a relevant set of KPIs raising risks and issues.

Qualifications & skills:

• Engineering degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical or Chemical
• Expertise in automation (Rockwell, Siemens) and electricity
• Robust experience with large automation and electrical projects
• Experience with working in a multi-disciplinary team
• Background in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory
• Fluent in French, English is a plus
• Strong leadership skills

• Problem solving attitude
• The role requires sound judgment and complex decision making where few precedents and considerable ambiguity may exist
• Perform his/her work in a cGMP consistent manner

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HVAC revamping is a plus
• Knowledge of specific Automation subjects as Data Management & Data Integrity, Obsolescence management, Cyber Security, process control systems is a plus
